Digital Days
The Digital Research and Development Fund for Arts and Culture, Scotland is a partnership between Creative Scotland, Arts & Humanities Research Council (AHRC) and NESTA to support arts and cultural organisations across Scotland who want to work with digital technologies to expand their audience reach and engagement and/orexplore new business models.

The digital day events are a series of half day events run across Scotland, which aim to:

• provide information on the Digital R&D Fund for Arts and Culture, Scotland
• encourage new partnerships and collaborations between arts and cultural organisations and technology companies
• inform participants about opportunities of using digital technologies

Who should attend?
These sessions – held in Edinburgh, Perth and Glasgow - are open to all interested/eligible arts and cultural organisations and will be on a first come, first served basis. They are suited to people working in senior roles and especially those who work on planning or producing digital content. This event is also suitable for technology companies who are interested in working with the Arts sector.

Although you do not need to attend an event to begin talking to technology providers or to send us an application, but we think you would benefit from the information that will be shared at the event and would encourage you to attend one event.

Currently we have capacity for only one person per organisation to attend one of the Digital Days - if this changes we will email to advise you. 

Digital Day Format
12:45 - 13:30 - Lunch provided and networking
13:30 - 16:00 -R&D programme introduction; followed by a workshop to explore potential ideas, relationships and future collaborations.
